Plates thrown from red earthenware clay, covered with a tin-glaze. The cats are painted with a mixture of natural cobalt and iron oxides and fired to a glossy finish. One has a red the other an orange line on the rim. Perfect for biscuits or a piece of cake or as a dish for butter.
