Mugs thrown from red earthenware clay, covered with a tin-glaze, painted with a tree design using oxide mixtures of cobalt, copper and iron and ceramic stains; fired to a glossy finish. The design is wax resist and based on the shape of tree branches. Ideal for use with coffee machines to make that special cortado.
